I GET ANNOYED BY HISTORICAL-ME

I just found a coded message I wrote to myself six months ago on a post-it.

Di yio fsell caal sha fuma?

That's a great question... er... I think; I have no idea what it means. Historical-Me can obfuscate reality from time-to-time and it's a good reminder to Present-Me to be a bit clearer so that Future-Me doesn't shake his head with wonder.

So, any ideas?

Shara'f un uwafima plun cir yior laca.

It doesn't seem to be Swahili. Google Translate thinks it might be transliterated-Chinese but if it is, it seems to mean:

Do instruments sell chefs?

... which doesn't really cast light on it. Or in fact, anything.

What is wrong with Historical-Me? He is so infuriating! I'll bet there's some keyword that unlocks it - I've done this before - created a whole load of ciphers and then forgotten what they are.

Oh and Historical-Me from six months ago will probably find the whole thing smugly hilarious. Thanks a lot Historical-Me, sweltering in the summer heat, writing a coded post-it note. Well, little do you know, Sunshine, what's coming to you.
